Lovely drawing. May I suggest a few things?
If you are aiming for proper proportions I would go with making the neck much shorter. But in either case It would be best to balance out the heads. The seem off-centered with the body in general. It is possible they are too small. And Percy seems to be missing any signs of having an ear at all. And lastly, shoulders on men are more broad, somewhat boxy I would say, try not to use such curved lines with them. It makes them look flat and wimpy and wimpy men are never a good thing, right? X3
